I didn’t book a room with breakfast included. However because I got my first night through a Turkish airlines offer with breakfast included the check in staff added breakfast to our 2nd & 3rd night for free. This was a very nice gesture and overall the staff at the hotel were excellent. Taxis were a bit of an issue though with one taxi taking so long we missed our tour that day. The hotels regular taxis need to let the hotel know if they are going be longer than the 15 minutes stated.

There is a shopping mall above the hotel with almost everything you might need. The rooms are big.

The location, we didn’t need to go out of the hotel, theme park and the mall throughout our stay. We booked the family home so it was perfect with 2 bedrooms, living room, and outdoor space with seating area.

Everything this is my 2nd time-- I came with my son and it was his first time, he loved the place Everything, we met there my little nephews they always cm there-- the atmosphere.. shops around Everything u need is there. The hotel I rated 5*, this will b always my 1st destination wenvr I visit Istanbul❤️ I wanted to thank specially *Ercan, Ali, Mert and Ms Zahra* all have been very helpful and spks English very well and amazing staff✨️

I liked the rooms because they were big and clean, the free WIFI speed was excellent, and the shopping mall was one of the best features of the hotel as it had basically everything you would need onsite and the fact that it has both an outdoor area plus an indoor area was great, especially that the weather was nice.

With the helpful of Mr. Ali Eroan, the receptionist, you will not face any problem, and he will make your stay at the hotel comfortable and enjoyable, thanks a lot Mr. Ali. On this location, you will find a lot of family-friendly activities

The staff was amazing especially Mr. Ali Safa, Mr. Hakan, Ms Kadelene, Restaurant Manager. Very helpful and friendly staff especially Mr. Hakan.

The staff was great, especially Ercan, Ali and Cem, who were always ready to assist visitors. Whenever we needed taxi or other services, they were available at all times.

this is my second time to stay n vialand . very good location as it’s attached to a mall . helpful stuff where they helped me in arranging for my husband’s birthday , moreover they were assisting in suggesting places and ordering taxi big thanks to Zahra and safa . the size of the rooms excellent

Very spacious room, good breakfast. The convenience of the mall and its food court was wonderful. The park seemed nice. However, we never went their as our trip was short.
